Merger[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia.

It doesn't matter if this is "ridiculous" or for how long the strip was in the Dandy. Here, what matters is referencing from external sources, per WP:N. If there aren't any refs (and there's barely a handful across any of these Beano/Dandy comic strip stubs), it doesn't stay. I think this character is too notable to merged into the list of Dandy comic strips article. The other merger I have just suggested would be much more useful what with that article being almost an orphan and completely unreferenced unlike this article which actually has references unlike alot of the other beano/dandy comic strip articles.
