Hmm. What page title exactly? None seem to be on the title blacklist, either. You're not autoconfirmed so that could be an issue, though, for creating pages. You'll need to go via WP:AfC or make 10 edits and wait 4 days. ProcrastinatingReader (talk) 21:58, 14 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
