WP article or marketing brochure?[edit]

This lede is so editorial, it seems more like marketing material than an encyclopedia entry. I'm loath to edit it, though, because (a.) I'm worried I'd pare it down to a mere sliver of its original self (possibly to the point of being accused of vandalism); and (b.) I'd feel guilty exponging all those glowingly positive notions re early education, despite their flamboyant irrelevance. Also, it's Oxford. Oxford, right? I have a vision of a handful of graduate students huddled with their professor in a small, richly paneled chamber, collaboratively composing this foofery. I never got to attend university, much less one like Oxford. (Indeed, are there any "like" Oxford? What other university has shoes named after it?) Could I possibly be wrong about all this? Indeed, could my early education be to blame? Yikes, I'm getting it from both sides now, edu-wise. Also, I've had coffee. Just saying, though. – AndyFielding (talk) 12:18, 24 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
