Syntactic and therefore semantic?[edit]

I'm not a neurolinguist, but the word “semantic” does not make any sense to me in the first sentence of the section on elicitation: The P600 was originally considered a "syntactic" ERP, and therefore is elicited by several types of semantic phenomena, including ungrammatical stimuli, garden path sentences [...] How about substituting “syntactic”? --Thüringer ☼ (talk) 09:00, 27 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
