Hi @Howard the Duck, as you're the one who RM this article, it seems like PNVF Champions League and PNVF Challenge Cup are two separate tournaments made by the federation and per the last sentence of this article: [1], it says "The PNVF then kicks off its 2024 calendar with the Champions League in February" and some reliable sources: [2][3], which will happen in the upcoming days. So what your take on this? 98𝚃𝙸𝙶𝙴𝚁𝙸𝚄𝚂 09:13, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
It should be clear that this is a new tournament and not a renaming or a rebrand. Howard the Duck (talk) 12:18, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Then, this article should move back to its former name and I suggest for PNVF Challenge Cup that it should have a separate article with attributing some contents from here or just create a section for it as there's little info for the Challenge Cup. What do you think? 98𝚃𝙸𝙶𝙴𝚁𝙸𝚄𝚂 12:39, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
If there's little info on it, it would not pass WP:GNG. Wikipedia is not breaking news, let the WP:RS sort this out first. Howard the Duck (talk) 12:41, 2 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not certain of what PNVF wants to do with the Champions League and Challenge CUp. Sources on the PNVF Challenge Cup, has stated that the tournament was renamed. But the 2024 tournament is now saying that it is the "third season/edition" which would make sense if we ignore the 2023 Challenge Cup.Hariboneagle927 (talk) 09:43, 3 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I just check the cite itself, the PNVF has said that "The Challenge Cup is the PNVF’s Champions League with a new name.". But the 2024 edition is indeed being referred to as the third season. The first two being 2021, and 2022, and discounting the 2023 Challenge Cup Hariboneagle927 (talk) 09:49, 3 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
