Bullet character or interpunct preferable?[edit]

I understand the latter is generally preferable, but the former is used by the artist when typesetting the title of the article. Some weight to the character would be lost if the interpunct was used instead. I'm not educated on Wikipedia policies (if there are such) that govern which ought to be used. From what I can tell, interpunct would generally be the correct one to use, but Sascha is using the bullet character on his page, so I say we should stick with matching his usage unless the release itself turns out to be different than his news item.
