What about the female pachuco? The pachuca! Sgarza

Zoot Suit

[edit]

I moved the part about the Zoot Suit to the Pachuco article. It had nothing to do with the actual city of Pachuca and seemed to be copied directly from the book.

Pachuca

[edit]

Pachuca is an actual term that is the female form of the pachuco. The article that I wrote was not 'directly copied' from the essay that I cite. I am recopying it here.

My apologies for the unwarrented and apparently untrue accusation. However, a fashion article does not belong in this section. It is wikipedia policy when two subjects have the same name to start another article. FOr instantce, Pachuca (fashion). Your original writing is still under Pachuco.

Let's do that. Sgarza 20:06, 19 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I appreciate that. I like the changes you made and please don't let my hard headedness keep you from writing more great articles.

William Pengelly and Albert Pengelly

[edit]

Posting moved here from Help talk:Talk page by User:JohnFromPinckney; it appears Don is talking about either Pachuca, Hidalgo, Mineral del Monte, or both.

In our article you talk about William Pengelly and Albert Pangelly being on the Pachuca Athletic Soccer Team in 1900. This is correct however both of these were my uncles. William Pengelly's name is spelled correctly but Albert's last name is not spelled correctly. Albert's last name is spelled Pengelly not Pangelly.

Thanks, Don Pengelly Aledo, Texas —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.129.13.12 (talk) 13:36, 29 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Moved as noted above — JohnFromPinckney (talk) 16:05, 29 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
