Forward or Merge with Telstra?

[edit]

I would like to leave the existing article for 'the history' but on top of the article I would like to add a remark that the legal operations of this company are now provided by the competitor/new owner. Is there a simple way of doing this? Personally I think merging this article with Telstra doesn't make sense, specially because Telstra does not have a separate article for it's Telstra Global business. But I just wanted to start the discussion.

In addition to that, there is still a pending merge request from Pacific Internet to Pacnet from "date=December 2013" which never happend. So I would like to vote to for a merge from Pacific Internet to Pacnet. But not a merge from Pacnet to Telstra.
