I have edited this page by bolding and adding a question mark to the statement that Palm Desktop 6.2 does not support 64 bit OSs. I have just downloaded and installed V6.2 on my new Windows 7, 64 bit, Athlon II X2 215 based PC and it works well so far, including performing a Hotsync to my Palm Tx via TCP/IP. If my experience is confirmed by others this page should be updated to reflect what 64 bit processors and OSs are supported. As an end-user with a single example, I should not do so at this time. Can anyone else confirm or deny my results?

AFAIK the Palm Desktop software itself works on Windows x64; however, Palm has not provided a device driver for x64, so one cannot Hotsync over USB.Yselkowitz (talk) 21:59, 18 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
