Length of Monorail[edit]

In the article it says "The 5,45 kilometres long monorail line, which began construction in March 2006,[1] was originally planned to open by December 2008."

Now I have a feeling it meant to say "5.45" kilometres. I realize that in many non-English countries that commas are used in place of periods but considering this is an article in English then perhaps that should be a period. Opening date of the Palm Jumeirah Monorail[edit]

The Monorail actually was opened to the public on 30th April 2009 and not on the 06th of May. I know coz i was there, aside from the fact that I am part of this project because I am an employee of one of the contractors.
