Thanks for the article. But I don't understand what "The sandwich is composed of a circle formed white bread around the classic Salade Niçoise" means. If it's bread served alongside a salad, it can't be a sandwich. Maikel 20:27, 22 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Pretty sure that was a mistranslation (or automatic translation) from the French article. I've updated/corrected it to reflect the reality - which is that it's usually made from pain de campagne, to boot (not usually white bread), and is indeed a sandwich. For the info of anyone else reading this in the future: I live in Nice, speak some Niçard, and used local recipes for the information added. --fraise (talk) 12:54, 7 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
