I found an image and uploaded it to Commons. There's also Image:Panelle.jpg locally if anyone's interested.--chaser - t 23:08, 8 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Great--it seems a bit out of focus and it isn't clear if there is bread in the photo, or whether it's just a plate of just-cooked panelle. Badagnani 23:28, 8 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, it's kind of crap. Feel free to switch. The full image is at Image:Chaser's lunch in Palermo.JPG if you want to figure out what that is next to the panelle.--chaser - t 05:08, 9 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
They gave you panelle without bread? I thought it was always done as a sandwich like falafel. Badagnani 05:29, 9 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
To be honest, I'm not certain it's panelle; it just looks like all the images that show up in a google image search. We could ask a Wikipedian in Italy to be sure, but I also added this image to an article on the Italian Wikipedia, so I'll probably get reverted if I mislabelled food (a cultural faux pas akin to insulting the pope, I am sure).--chaser - t 17:22, 9 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Also, you say you "found" an image here, but on the photo page it says you "took" the photo. Badagnani 23:29, 8 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Please excuse my imprecision. I found it among my vacation photos from my trip to Sicily.--chaser - t 05:08, 9 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Lucky you! ;) Badagnani 05:28, 9 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I hope nobody minds, but I replaced the image with one from Commons that was in use on the Italian article about crocchè (which I also translated into the new English article). :-) bon appetitu GoHawks4 (talk) 06:59, 14 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
