Good start! I did some copyediting. Despite the work that went in to linking to all the performers, I wonder if that's appropriate? That will be difficult to keep up with in subsequent years and I think the Coachella_Valley_Music_and_Arts_Festival might provide a better model of giving info about that year and the featured/notable performers. Also, can you find additional secondary sources?
Next steps could include an:
- infobox (see Coachella)
- maybe a photo (?)
- make sure it's not a Wikipedia:Orphan

Hi Reagle (talk), I chose to link the artists in such a way based off how the Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival has their page. Both festivals are in their second year so I modeled Panorama's page after their's. More sources to come. having a bit of trouble with the infobox/photo but I'll ask for help in person ChloeGendron (talk) 15:41, 3 March 2017 (UTC)

I think your article looks great so far! If you could find reliable sources, I'd recommend fleshing out the Panorama 2016 section. Maybe you could include info about ticket sales/turn-out, celebrities in attendance, critical reception, etc. I think this might help with the notability issue.
