About the name

I was unable to come up with a definitive and consistent naming for this light. Nautical charts almost invariably show it as "PASS A LOUTRE LIGHT" and of course do not indicate capitalization, but other sources prefer some form of "a l'Outre" with almost every combination of capitals.
