Editing War:

[edit]

@42Pies There are a handful of people trying to add new and accurate information to the Wiki page. The changes meet Wikipedia standards with a neutral tone and cited sources but continue to be reverted by your user. These revisions seem to be malicious and ill-intended with no real reasoning for continued edit... I figured I would open a dialogue and have the conversation to get to the bottom of this. Is there an issue with how the information is being displayed? Thanks. 204.97.104.30 (talk) 17:24, 7 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I've only reverted one edit on this page (do see the history section for the other users that have reverted this page). The rest have been reverted by other users. I reverted your edit because it didn't give a reason for the controversies section being removed. Also, the additions concerning the bill proposals need to have citations attached to them. Also, I do see that the IP you are editing from is from the New York State Assembly, and the article you are editing concerns a New York State senator, so you should declare if you have a conflict of interest. (Not assuming you have one, but you should declare a COI if you do.) 42Pies (talk) 20:30, 7 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Here's some links to the Wikipedia policy pages for the policies I mentioned.
