Hello,

I am new to Wikipedia and welcome any advice. My father is a well-known lawyer and several of his cases are very relevant in my opinion to some of today's current issues. I'm hoping to link more information to wikipedia regarding him and his cases so that others may become better informed on some of the history which is repeating itself today.

I understand that some may view this as a conflict of interest, but I assure everyone I will only present factual referenced information on this site and will leave opinions and personal feelings out of it. I welcome anyone to examine the references and I will continue to search for more published data concerning these events. There is already a lot of data in newspaper archives and books that I will post links to.

Thank you for any advice you can offer so that this does not get deleted. These events happened, and it is worth documenting them here so that others may remember.

NPOV[edit]

This article has been tagged as an "advert" since November 2011. The subject of the article has contacted the OTRS team regarding that tag. I have changed the tag to the more neutral NPOV tag. The article does appear to be slanted toward praising the subject, and contains excessive detail - such as the snake incident. A period of copy-editing and trimming, along with some additional research into Paul Morantz, would assist in making the article more neutral and balanced. The issue is not so much NPOV but rather quoting source texts directly without making clear that its quoting another author (bad practice in itself, but borders on copyvio if used too much), over-reliance on primary sources at certain points, quite a few dead links scattered throughout, plus the general tone is still very one-sided overall.
