User:Doncram: Are you able to retrieve a source with the date (1908) please? I went a bit too fast...Zigzig20s (talk) 01:54, 12 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I'm on a slow connection, but I will look. Is the date in the Nebraska libraries MPS document, already linked from the infobox? I can't read that right now.
I might have been too quick to open Joseph Monson just now, having trouble finding stuff. --Doncram (talk) 02:11, 12 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
1908 date and more is in List of Carnegie libraries in Nebraska, which is well-sourced. Not sure which source from there to cite, if one must cite. Okay not to cite about that, probably, as factual and non-controversial. Include a "See also" link to the NE list. --Doncram (talk) 02:14, 12 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Oops, no the list gives a 1904 grant date I guess, not 1908. Photo shows 1907 on the building itself. --Doncram (talk) 02:42, 12 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Some new info in http://pawneecountynebraska.com/project/things-to-see-and-do/... the building was sold to an artist Thom Hunt (probably redlink) who opened a gallery there. Seems to be called "Old Library Gallery":

Zigzig20s, maybe for you here, and for me on a number of other no-PDF-available situations, maybe we should be making email request to get a copy of the NRHP document from the National Park Service. wp:NRHPHELP. I was just reminded of that by another editor telling me I should do that, relating to newly-NRHP-listed Carretera Central (Puerto Rico), where they already did that successfully. --Doncram (talk) 14:58, 12 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
