The article currently has an unsourced sentence which reads
Although denounced as an advocate for censorship by her critics, including animation writers Steve Gerber and Mark Evanier, Charren has insisted she is an outspoken critic of censorship, and has cited her stance against the American Family Association's campaigns to ban various programs.
I suggest and request that everything up to (but not including) the name "Charren" be deleted. For one thing, it is unsourced (as is the remaining portion); for another, Mark Evanier, who is a living person, denies the claim.
I will not be making this edit myself, as Gerber is someone I worked closely with (mostly for) and Evanier is a friend, some of whose work I publish, so I have a big ol' WP:COI -- Nat Gertler (talk) 19:37, 28 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
