Lesbian?

[edit]

I may be wrong, but did Seeger not come out as a lesbian and/or bisexual some time after MacColl's death? AuntFlo (talk) 04:14, 25 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Seeger is definetly bisexual. I remember an essay being written by her in "Getting Bi: Voices of Bisexuals around the World". I'll see if I can find an online source to link to the article. If not, is simply listing the books information enough? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.13.141.16 (talk) 03:39, 31 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Peggy Seeger was a guest On Woman's Hour, Radio 4, UK (https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m0016x8c, 2nd May 2022). She said that she is now married to a woman, Irene, who lives in New Zealand and that they haven't seen each other for three years because of illness and pandemic, although they talk every morning and evening. Seegar said that Irene is 75 and she (Peggy) is 87. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.152.174.207 (talk) 09:18, 2 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Spelling of son's name

[edit]

I've corrected the spelling to "Calum" - as per this article ~dom Kaos~ (talk) 22:04, 27 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Still performing

[edit]

The article reads somewhat as an obituary. Peggy gave a wonderful performance at The Tolmen, Constantine, Cornwall on 13/05/2011. Vernon White . . . Talk 16:57, 16 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Personal section?

[edit]

Nearly all biographical articles have such a section. Why not this one? It would be a better way to organise information that is currently scattered around the article and might prompt more focused information. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.152.174.207 (talk) 09:22, 2 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
