Months?[edit]

I'm in PA Cyber (more specifically BOSS), and it's never taken more than a day for my teachers to reply (outside of tech issues). What is this based on? There's no cited references or anything. (ApostleJoe (talk) 14:26, 4 January 2008 (UTC))[reply]

Edit explanation[edit]

I removed part of the technology criticisms section because PaCyber (to my knowledge) is not responsible for maintaining either BB or Interwise (both are independent of PaCyber and are used by other schools and universities. I also remove the criticism on socializing as there in no information to back it up. Wikipedia is NOT a place to advertise websites. PaCyber does NOT encourage use of facebook or any other 'blog' NetNanny blocks most (if not all) 'web-blogs' because if a student is victimized by a predator on a school computer the school is responsible (and so is the predator). —Preceding unsigned comment added by Craobh sidhe (talkcontribs) 18:33, 9 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, Pa Cyber does manage BlackBoard, as it is hosted on their own web server. AT&T Connect (Interwise) is not. It is hosted at interwise.com. BlackBoard is at li08.pacyber.org (21:42, 7 April 2009 (UTC))

Response[edit]

I wrote the section on socializing.

The information on the socializing section was in an annual report (http://www.pacyber.org/about/reports-evaluations.aspx) as well as other students themselves, and are thus fit to be mentioned in the article. As for the websites, they were later added by another individual, so I have no say on those, but I agree that they have no place in this article.

Poor article[edit]

This article is lacking citations and it definitely needs to be cleaned-up to make sure it is encyclopedic. 71.162.223.80 (talk) 18:36, 24 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Indeed. Big parts of it are written like an advertisement. --Lie2815 (talk) 07:47, 19 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
