Merger proposal[edit]

DominicConnor (talk) I'm vaguely against this, especially in the light of current events around banking bonuses. Pay for performance to me includes the idea of piece work, where in a simple case you pay is number of things made * rate, but bonuses cover cases where an employee may be on a fixed rate of salary plus an extra amount that may not exactly be defined, and in any case is independent of the base.
