The current assessment (C class) is correct. It fails B class criteria:
1) The article is suitably referenced
4) The article is reasonably well-written (it needs a decent copy-edit, punctuation is off, many captions don't make sense, MOS:DOUBLE)

I was wondering about the importance rating. Perhaps mid or high? Criteria for importance was discussed today at the monthly Aotearoa online meetup. Seems it is a mixture between page views (or likely page views in this case), if a printed encyclopedia would have the article, and information equity (addressing bias and gaps).
