Release date for "The Essential Perrey & Kingsley"[edit]

This was released on LP in 1975 at the latest, not in 1991. http://www.discogs.com/Perrey-Kingsley-The-Essential-Perrey-Kingsley/release/784731 — Preceding unsigned comment added by 130.237.195.62 (talk) 10:30, 6 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It was actually released in 1988, not in 1975, see The Essential Perrey & Kingsley which is a more reliable site than discogs. --Germanico5468504 (talk) 21:37, 1 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The first?[edit]

"They were the first to create enjoyable electronic music for the general public."

Is there a source for this? Certainly there were some early efforts by the musicians of the BBC Radiophonic Workshop around then. Also, "enjoyable" seems subjective, although P&K definitely falls under easy listening. — Hex (❝?!❞) 20:43, 12 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This sentence certainly sounds subjective and has no place in a serious article — Preceding unsigned comment added by 213.224.200.245 (talk) 09:50, 12 October 2006

In addition to the fact that Perrey, (member of the duet) and other composers before the 60s composed electronic music songs. In fact Perrey and Kingsley were electronic musicians.--Germanico5468504 (talk) 20:08, 15 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Other stuff[edit]

Horrible.[edit]

I’m sorry, but this article reads horribly. Some sentences start with the the words “in fact” or “About the time when”. I’m going to try to start cleaning this up, it reads like a fan wrote it. 2601:483:101:86B5:7CE3:F0B3:CC3C:809B (talk) 00:56, 28 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Currently it is already more or less well written.--Germanico5468504 (talk) 23:25, 13 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
