Unencyclopedic material[edit]

This article seems to have one editor (or a handful of anons) repeatedly adding material which is unsuitable for it. Sentences such as:

"In so doing, he pierces the heart of these iconic snapshots, giving them new meaning in a poignant and simple way."

...have no place in an encyclopedic article - they are the opinions of one individual rather than the factual details of the artist's work. Neither do direct uncited quotations such as:

"There is a political aspect to his work. Human figures can often be seen as either victims or oppressors in a modern world that owes a lot of its ambience to George Orwell’s ‘1984’.”

Nor do individual interpretations of what Wheeler is trying to achieve, such as:

"Wheeler takes these images and refashions them in paint, seeking to expose something else within them"

If you wish to cite a reviewer or critic's opinions on Wheeler's art, then do so according to the information laid down at Wikipedia:Citing sources#When to cite sources.

Furthermore, much of such text appears to be clear copyright violation of gallery websites, and as such is not allowed on Wikipedia.
