I've always believed he and Michael Baume are related, but I can't discover the exact relationship. Anyone know? -- Jack of Oz [your turn] 09:14, 26 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Here, John Button calls them "cousin"s, but that could just be a generic reference to some shared ancestry. -- Jack of Oz [your turn] 20:16, 26 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Transforming the TGA

[edit]

Why is there nothing in this listing about the ground breaking work he did with transforming the TGA? In 1991 he wrote one of the most important reports into the way drugs came to market in the shadow of the HIV Crisis. It was called "A question of balance : report on the future of drug evaluation in Australia and was commissioned by the Minister for aged, family and health services, the Hon. Peter Staples. You can find reference to it here: http://trove.nla.gov.au/work/20349864?q&versionId=45736353 - IMHO this is an incredible oversight - I would not be alive without the effort he put into the faster approval of HIV therapies. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.168.165.252 (talk) 05:10, 2 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
