Definitely notable

[edit]

Just wanting to make mention that Peter Berlin very much is a notable figure if for nothing else his rise to fame through self-portraiture as a gay icon. It may seem odd but he followed a path to fame much as did Paris Hilton but decades earlier. Benjiboi 00:12, 14 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

False information deleted

[edit]

I deleted the line pretending Peter Berlin is a grand nephew of famous photographer Georges Hoyningen-Huene. I perfectly know the genealogy of this family, wich i am a member, by marriage. This guy may be issued of a german branch, but certainly not directly of the same russian branch than George Hoyningen-Huene. It seems a pure tentative to benefit of the notoriety of George.

If this does not suffice, this affirmation does not conform to the verifiability rule of Wikipedia [1]

I remove also the link from Georges Hoyningen-Huene page, as i did from his page in Wiki.fr.
