Contested deletion

[edit]

This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because the source material is biographical and was provided to MarketsWiki on a non-exclusive basis. --Mickiewicz (talk) 03:52, 2 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because...

  1. The items your bot identified as infringements are part of a bio written by the subject of this article (Peter Borish) and provided to a number of websites including, but not limited to the website that you content owns copyright. (It does not.)
  2. Most of the items that you contend are infringements are citations of news articles that I have cited using your style guide. Other Wikis use this same style of citation and therefore the same citation text will appear there.
  3. Items 1 and 2 notwithstanding, I have removed all items that you claim are infringements

A human needs to review this, please. --Mickiewicz (talk) 04:34, 2 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Human here. You will almost certainly be blocked by an admin in a few minutes for continually removing the deletion tags after several warnings, but I'll reply here anyway so you can fix this when your block expires. As the tag on the page says, all WP:Biographies of living persons need references from WP:Reliable sources. Please add some in the next seven days. I haven't found any yet.
