Fair use rationale for Image:Peterfacinelli.jpg

[edit]

Image:Peterfacinelli.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 06:27, 6 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Name Please

[edit]

Does anyone know a middle name? We seem to be missing it.--WhereTheLinesOverlapXX (talk) 09:37, 3 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, he doesn't list a middle name on his website bio and there isn't one listed at IMDb and wikianswers says he doesn't have one. That's entirely possible, not everyone is given two names. Wildhartlivie (talk) 10:02, 3 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Eclipse

I changed it to 'awaiting release' because its so close to being released now, and im being told that its still in post-production. im not going to revert for a second time, im gonna find a reference for it so im not going to be challenged for trying to change a piece of incorrect information. --WhereTheLinesOverlapXX (talk) 19:26, 25 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

We go by what is listed on IMDB regarding film status. It is still listed as in "post production" there. We don't go by how close an individual editor feels it is to release. Some films continue to get post-production work up until opening premiere (and in some cases, post-production work may still continue). Wildhartlivie (talk) 19:30, 25 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
The IMDB database has recently been requested to change that status. --WhereTheLinesOverlapXX (talk) 19:48, 25 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Just a few days ago, director David Slade tweeted that they were finishing up recording the film's score. This also suggests that the film is not complete yet. Leave it as "post-production" for now. Andrea (talk) 19:51, 25 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
It's not over until it's over. It needs to wait and btw, blogs and fansites and blog sites with fan contributions are not acceptable sources. Wildhartlivie (talk) 19:53, 25 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I didnt realise that was a blogsite, mistake on my part, but when IMDB change the status i assume i wont be challenged again on this? --WhereTheLinesOverlapXX (talk) 19:57, 25 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
When IMDB updates its status, I won't challenge it, but just because someone requests a change like that doesn't mean they won't take time to verify the status. Just asking won't get it done. Wildhartlivie (talk) 20:05, 25 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
