This article really needs to be updated.

The whole intro paragraph cites data and facts that appear to be circa 2010. A tremendous amount has changed since then, both in Iraq and in the oil industry.

The role of the war is certainly very topical, and a lot of it should probably remain in the article, but seeing as the Petroleum Industry in Iraq is an on-going venture that article needs to be updated to provide that viewpoint.

Seeing as I have no expertise in this area I'm not going to try to make any changes, but I hope that other more knowledgeable editors will. ZeroXero (talk) 20:33, 31 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
