Objects

[edit]

If she replaces the "stolen" objects with angelic forgeries (something she certainly doesn't do in the anime, the objects just vanishing there), why does anyone think she's a thief? Or did she start out making demonic things just vanish and then later start replacing them with the copies? DavidJohns 21:48, 23 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Heh, good question. I'm more familiar with the anime than the manga, though. In the anime, things she seals always disappear, except in three cases where she manages to catch the demon outside the object, either because she forced it out or because it stupidly rushed out to attack her. However, nobody ever comments on the fact that Jeanne apparently wasn't successful with her theft in these cases, rendering your point still valid. -- Quizer 85 00:57, 22 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Rape?

[edit]

At one point he rapes Maron, thinking that it will "resurrect" her memory of loving him (but that is only in the manga).

That's not true. I agree that the images alone are not quite conclusive either way, but after that scene, when Maron talks to Zen at his headstone, she says: "Do you know? Noin was Jeanne d'Arc's lover, so he tried to do things to me!" I take this to mean that Chiaki arrived in time to prevent him from actually making good on his intention. I'll change the text to reflect that. - Quizer 13:28, 1 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Since the stub section got removed from the main page: a place to collect links for an eventual Reception section by whoever is so inclined to distill them.

Feel free to add others. —Quasirandom (talk) 16:32, 28 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, I seriously need to give this article some love and quite wasting so much time on articles about series I don't even watch/read. :P -- AnmaFinotera (talk · contribs) 16:41, 28 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I gotta say, One Piece and Dragon Ball have enough fans, they'll have enough love given to them. Me, I'm working over here today. —Quasirandom (talk) 16:49, 28 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
LOL, yeah, that's the problem though...fan love instead of Wiki guidelines. I am proud that the DB ep list is in shape, though the issue of Dragon Ball Z's missing episode may drive me batty. Of course, hard to work on much of anything while most of my manga is still packed...can't even find my KKJ right now LOL. -- AnmaFinotera (talk · contribs) 17:01, 28 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Confusion in Characters section

[edit]

I personally find it very confusing to read the character descriptions, as it continually goes back and forth between anime and manga. Can someone please split it so anime information is separate from manga? For example, Noin's description goes manga, anime, anime?, manga, anime, manga. As a new member, I feel that doing it myself might upset the members who have dedicated their time to the page so far. However, if no one responds in a month or two I'll go through and change it, as I am assuming that is part of why it failed the B-Class review. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Yoiyami (talkcontribs) 17:54, 7 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It failed the B-class review for many reasons, not just the issues with the character section. It needs massive amounts of work overall. I've done some quick work in the character section to at least address that issue though. -- AnmaFinotera (talk · contribs) 18:54, 7 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
