Can someone find out whether her first name is "Philippa" or "Phillippa"???

I have three of her books in front of me and she signs "Philippa" in all of them. Velho 00:15, 6 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Someone should probably integrate A Defense of Abortion into this article. Perhaps the two articles should be merged? Nathan J. Yoder 05:55, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The article referred to is by Judith Thomson. Perhaps N J Yoder is thinking of a paper by Foot called "Abortion and the Doctrine of Double Effect"? Frege1b 23:21, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

As the present article stands, the references to Thomson and the violinist thought experiment under "See Also" seem completely unrelated to the text of the entry. Perhaps they should be removed until at least some explicit mention of those two topics is made in the entry? JKeck (talk) 14:58, 11 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The bibliographical information at the end of this article is awkward. Should it be moved nearer to the top? Should there be separate biographical and philosohpical sections? I'm willing to do it if anyone else thinks this is a good idea. Thaumazein (talk) 04:34, 28 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Does anyone know where she was born, or anything about her early life? It would be nice to know a little about the person, not just her work. It would make the entry more rounded:) Best wishes Veryscarymary (talk) 10:33, 26 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

given her short affair with Iris Murdoch. shouldn't she have a bisexuality category? 94.196.66.130 (talk) 09:10, 5 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
