Contested deletion[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because the artist was the first individual from Newfoundland and Labrador to be included in the National Gallery of Canada contemporary biennial. This might seem minor at first glance, but it is a major achievement in the art history of the province. --Lassoprecise (talk) 15:21, 21 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
