Hoax or not?[edit]

I'm no expert, but Google Books returns two hits of "Phoebus of Lusignan":

France and the Holy Land: Frankish culture at the end of the Crusades‎ - Page 136 by Daniel H. Weiss, Lisa J. Mahoney
Caterina Cornaro, Queen of Cyprus‎ - Page 62 by David Hunt, Peter W. Edbury, Joachim G. Joachim
