Photoallergy is a distinctive subtype of photodermatitis, and photosensitivity is a very general term that encapsulates basically everything (even subjective experiences). Hence, I support merging photoallergy with photodermatitis, provided we clarify clearly that most skin reactions to sun/light have nothing to do with the very narrowly defined concept of allergy.
