I am glad this page was NOT deleted. Yes, it needs a into line suitable for the layman. But overall this article is scientifically rigorous, and covers difficult topics such as lasers and plasmas that aren't intended for someone not in that field. Quite frankly, I am a BSEE and studying and learning from this article. It has helped me a great deal but it is not "easy" for me, or for anyone who isn't a physicist. 1capybara (talk) 08:57, 20 September 2013 (UTC)1capybara
What, exactly, is this page talking about? Can we get at least an intro line of explanation for the layperson?
I suggest someone simply delete this article. It is doing more harm than good by diverting people's attention away from better ones. If anyone agrees I will do it.--78.146.192.166 (talk) 13:44, 6 April 2008 (UTC)

Copyright review.
[edit]While it is difficult to be definitive, I do not see a copyvio here. The wording clearly matches this site, but:
- The words were added to Wikipedia in June 2007
- The same words on the potential source have a ast modified date of August 2007, after the addition to WP
- The author of that site is Tiberius Brastaviceanu
- The WP editor name is TiberiusB
I looked to see if both places were copied from another location, but did not find one.
The material is unreferenced, and the remaining maintenance tags should be addressed, but I am tentatively concluding that there isn't a copyright issue.--SPhilbrick(Talk) 17:37, 27 July 2013 (UTC)
- Thanks for looking at this. I'll remove the copyright tag but leave the other tags (OR, essay, etc.) --Kkmurray (talk) 17:48, 27 July 2013 (UTC)
