Perhaps if someone wants to explore it more, the first measure of Wagenseil's Concerto in D, WV 342 begins almost exactly the same way as this sonata. - kosboot (talk) 20:24, 16 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Accidentally breaking the compass

In the first edition, b. 30 of the 11th variation includes a trill on high E6; the upper note must musically be F6, which was not available to Mozart. (The autograph has the other three trills in the bar, but not this one.) Double sharp (talk) 13:52, 1 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
