No references[edit]

This article has not a single reference. I will dig around and try to find some, but I am disadvantaged in that I can only search for them in English. I will also try to add something about the current war as Piatykhatky has been mentioned in the news many times recently. The final sentence, "A peaceful and reflective site to contemplate the aftereffects of a totalitarian regime," has some NPOV issues and is just too sentimental for an encyclopedia. Besides that, it's not a complete sentence. PlanespotterA320 and Aleksandr Grigoryev, you two seem to have worked on this page. Dgndenver (talk) 14:49, 14 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I added some. There is a lot to find about the Memorial to the Victims of Totalitarianism [uk] which has articles in Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, German etc. It seems to be the reason why this article was written in the first place. An article on the memorial would be much more relevant than this otherwise unknown Kharkiv neighbourhood. Maybe we should just rename this article "Memorial to the Victims of Totalitarianism", and have Piatykhatky, Kharkiv Oblast redirect to it? Otherwise we are doing double work, anyway.
