I suppose the pronunciation was supposed to be some kind of English respelling, but it was ambiguous ("u" could have any one of 4 pronunciations, and "j" 3). Does anyone here know how to pronounce it? kwami (talk) 00:18, 2 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I just bought the 'Digital Video Essentials' Blu-Ray version of their audio/video calibration disk, titled 'HD Basics' - their narrator pronounces it to rhyme with "scrooge." Not an authority, but I wonder what is. Flagmichael (talk) 22:11, 7 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

In the BBC it is pronounced to rhyme with "scrooge." John Logie (talk) 15:34, 19 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

"ploodj".
