Is Framework part of the name or a common noun that should be lower case in the title?

If the subject is named "Play Framework" then Framework should be capitalized in the title but since framework is not used in the article as part of the name I wonder if it should be down-cased (and perhaps put in parens since it appears then to be present only for disambiguation purposes).
