Sources[edit]

I'm not sure what citations are required other than the periodical, "Pluto" itself? To which the entry refers. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jazzyjonty (talkcontribs) 03:37, 17 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

As the tag states, this article does not cite any references or sources. For example, there is no citation for the claim that in 1998, Pluto was named as Guardian Student Newspaper of the Year. Do you have a reliable, third-party published source for that information? If not, that statement should be removed from the article. Citing Pluto itself isn't enough; any website owner can write anything they want about themselves; that doesn't make it true. --Geniac 04:17, 17 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ah of course, how careless of me, I'll drop the current Editor a line to try and obtain a reference for that statement. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jazzyjonty (talkcontribs) 20:48, 29 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have now added a reference for the problem expressed above. Joebloggsy (talk) 15:15, 11 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Is anybody's CV a reliable source? I can put anything I want in my CV; doesn't make it true. --Geniac (talk) 06:42, 17 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Matt Tucker[edit]

Can we have some clarity beyond Peter E James's constant reversions as to whether the info on Matt Tucker should be deleted or not? I met him and he was EXACTLY as described in the deleted paragraph (which I didn't write but is pants wettingly funny not to mention accurate).

Various policies require removal of content such as this when identified: Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons, Wikipedia:Verifiability and Wikipedia:Libel. Peter E. James (talk) 14:32, 9 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I agree with the removal as it's unprovable. However having met Matt myself I agree with the above statement. He was (and probably still is) a bastard.
