The article content suggests it's available everywhere, but I've never seen it anywhere. I note that this was previously nominated for deletion. Perhaps it could be rolled into the 'Handbook' entry as one example of a general handbook. There are quite a few others, historically speaking, and it seems unencyclopedic to only feature this one, and to do it at such length.Martin Turner (talk) 20:53, 23 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
