edits re: cards
[edit]I heavily edited the text about cards, so I wanted to summarize and justify the changes:
- I don't know any casino that changes the decks every 15 minutes; every few hours seems more accurate
- A casino's main concerns for changing the deck are cards soiled and damaged from normal wear, and possibly marked by players; not preventing crooked dealers from manipulating the deck.
- The advice about keeping 3 decks on hand for home games seems inappropriate here
