Donations reporting threshold[edit]

Previously, the article stated that donations above $30,000 NZD had to be declared by political parties. Reading through the legislation, however, to me it appears that donations above $15,000 NZD have to be declared on the annual party return and that each donation above $30,000 requires its individual return. Hence, I have changed the article to say that donations above $15,000 need to be declared, however I am no expert in law, so anyone that knows better please correct me if I am wrong.
