Contentious topic sanctions can include blocks, topic-bans, or other restrictions.

The PNA is not yet....[edit]

To say that The PNA is not yet...a state...is to suppose that one day it will be. This is a very dangerous statement. International law (San Remo convention and the Palestine Mandate) has never given the Arabs political rights west of the Jordan river as those rights had been granted east of the Jordan river. Only Jews were granted political rights west of the Jordan river. The UN charter, article 80, was specifically included to protect those rights.
