Beast

Dear @Ab207, Kailash29792, Jayanthkumar123, Sush150, and SP013: Beast is a successful film. It has collected 250 (US$3.10) crore against a budget of 150 (US$1.90) crore.[1] In Vijay, the main lead of the film it is considered as successful. But in Pooja Hegde, the female lead of film it is considered as unsuccessful. Please see this:[1], [2], [3], [4], [5] and keep it as successful film. 2409:4073:4E0A:6FDF:0:0:EFC8:2E06 (talk) 2:42, 4 August 2022 (UTC)

Please see ref 5 and 48. Both reliable sources from The Times of India. But in ref 5, on 1 May 2022 it is stated that Beast is unsuccessful. In ref 48, on 7 May 2022 it is stated the Beast collected Rs 250 crore and became successful. In Beast main article also it is successful. Latest updates are mostly used in Wikipedia. Isn't it? Please take any action against this. 2409:4073:4E16:77C8:0:0:EF48:A50C (talk) 02:52, 4 August 2022 (UTC)

X = Prior to release, the film garnered high expectations as a result of the novel theme of a superhero in Tamil films and the film took a grand opening at the box office in August 2012. However, the film received mixed to negative reviews from critics, hampering its progress, and the film ended up becoming a surprise commercial failure.[16] Hegde's performance also received mixed reviews with a critic from Sify.com citing that she "disappoints", though a critic from The Hindu noted "she doesn't have much scope for talent display."[17] She earned a nomination for the Best Tamil Female Debut Actress at the 2nd South Indian International Movie Awards, but lost out to Lakshmi Menon.[citation needed].

X= Hegde donated ₹2.5 lakh to Cure Foundation in 2020, in their fight against cancer.[91]

Y= == Philanthropy == Hegde supports various causes through her foundation "All About Love", which works towards providing support to unprivileged children across the country in the areas of Education and Health.[1] She said, "All About Love is just a small way of giving back to the society. I am extremely grateful to the people for putting me in a position where I can make a difference to someone's life today."[2] She has also been helping many cancer patients and foundations.[3] In 2020, she donated 2.5 million (US$31,000) to Cure Foundation, for the same.[4] On her birthday, she visits cancer foundations and spends time with cancer patients.[5][6] In October 2017, she agreed to pay complete medical expenses of two kids at Tata Memorial Centre.[7] She often visited the children and provided them with food and educational facilities.[8][9] During COVID-19 pandemic in India, she gave ration kits for 100 families.[10]

@Callmemirela Most of the biographies of living persons have this section. 103.70.199.171 (talk) 04:05, 16 May 2023 (UTC)
No need of making it into Philanthropy section, just add these. 103.70.199.171 (talk) 04:06, 16 May 2023 (UTC)
Again, concerns aren't addressed. I understand that most BLPs have this, but to report she visits cancer patients on her birthday, she visited wicks at one point? It's just extra fluff. Many BLP do these things but aren't included in the articles because they aren't notable. Callmemirela 🍁 04:38, 16 May 2023 (UTC)

Hegde is the founder of the "All About Love", a non-profit organisation that helps people in need of medical or financial support in India,[4] and is a prominent celebrity endorser for brands and products.[5]

Her inclusion in Telugu film projects were also initially considered a "lucky charm" by producers and directors.[5][6][7] Following the success of her Telugu films Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava, Maharshi, Gaddalakonda Ganesh, Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo and Most Eligible Bachelor, The Times of India referred her as "Golden leg of Tollywood".[8]

Please tell how to write this sentence with POV. So it can be added. The source I mentioned says "In 2017, instead of her film's wrap-up bash, she visited local children and provided them with food and educational facilities." Please say how to write this correctly. Thanks. 103.70.199.152 (talk) 14:21, 18 May 2023 (UTC)
I think you mean write without POV? The point of POV-pushing to view an article in a certain point of view or light. In this case, I find it's heavy to demonstrate her philanthropic work, when it's not notable. Per my previous comments, just because a person or celebrity does something outside of their work doesn't mean it should always be mentioned. Celebrities do philanthropic work all the time but they aren't all mentioned because it isn't notable. Just because a source exists stating the fact doesn't always mean to include it on their Wikipedia article. Callmemirela 🍁 14:30, 18 May 2023 (UTC)
