There has got to be a better translation[edit]

"For Mexico to the Front", while a literal translation, sounds really clunky and clumsy in English. It's not a phrase that has a clear meaning. I look forward to seeing how this phrase is translated into English as the campaign coverage increases, and I hope people will be open to a new article title if a translation consensus appears in the media. Oppose, it shouldn't be "translated" at all move to Por México al Frente - newspapers have attempted all kinds of translations: "which calls itself Por Mexico al Frente (Put Mexico Ahead, former Frente Ciudadano (Citizen's Front)). This coalition aims at ..." / "and is leading a coalition, Por Mexico al Frente, alongside the left-leaning Party of the Democratic Revolution, or PRD, AMLO's former party. "/ " The Están Por México al Frente ('For Mexico to the Front') brings together the PRD, the PAN and the MC. There is also the Paraguayan coalition, the PLRA-Frente Guasú. Both of these coalitions seek to challenge the hegemonic parties in their respective countries (the PRI and the Colorados). I'd add Together We'll Make History (Juntos Haremos Historia) is currently a redirect. I created it there just to match the existing articles, but I'd much rather have them at the Spanish name. Raymie (t • c) 08:06, 17 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
