The tone of this article is highly subjective. It clearly has been written by someone with an axe to grind. The bias of the article is revealed in the reference to "the activities of the UK government at that time to generally lower standards in UK education for political reasons". Pqr456 (talk) 11:22, 12 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
