This about the church.... the history starts in Domesday. See Countess Judith to start a history of this place ... Victuallers 14:57, 21 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This should be renamed Potton Church, there is nothing about Potton itself.

I agree there is too much about 'Potto Church' for an article about the town of 'Potton' I think there should be a separate article about the church. After al;l there is a lot more to say about potton, for exmaple the old railway line that was stolen away in the 1960s etc. Franny-K 18:16, 11 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I've just added a load of information to this page. So, now that there's barely any information on the Church of St Mary, Potton page, and nobody has stepped forward to write any, is it worth having a separate page at all? I can't see why it shouldn't just be a section on the Potton page. Bogbumper (talk) 07:49, 17 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Potton History Society

[edit]

I'm sure that members of the society are good and effective contributors to this wiki article, but does the society warrant a large paragraph all about itself in here? Particularly in view of the non-notability of most of the contents of it. Plingsby (talk) 11:07, 11 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]
