Merge proposal

This page definitely needs to be merged.

Why? Practice is currently a disambiguation page. Merging was proposed in September 2007 and the above comment is the only one I can find on it, so I am going to be bold and remove the proposed merger tag. Proposal for new section

This page could benefit from having a comparison and contrast between different types of practice. The section could compared mixed practice to method practice. <ref>
