Initial article assessment

For the various wikiprojects I have rated, this article is now a C+/B-. It could use some copyedits and more citations to bring it up to the B class which states: "The article is mostly complete and without major issues, but requires some further work to reach good article standards." In accordance with that criteria, the article is C classed, Mid/Low for various WikiProjects.
